Method

1. 1Step : In a mixing bowl, combine 60g of softened salted butter, brown sugar, and 1.5 tablespoons of cinnamon.
2. 2Step : Spread this mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 5 minutes.
3. 3Step : Shape the frozen mixture into small balls.
4. 4Step : Place the balls on a baking sheet and freeze.
5. 5Step : In a food processor or stand mixer, beat 240g of softened butter and 160g of sugar until smooth.
