Paste your ingredient list: Cébette converts each quantity into grams, works out the calories, macronutrients and nutrition score per serving, and spots the allergens. Free, no account needed.
One line per ingredient, with quantities and units the way you write them: “2 tbsp oil”, “3 eggs”, “200 ml cream”.
Each line is matched to an ingredient of the database. Fix the ones flagged in orange and set the number of servings.
Calories, protein, carbs, fat, salt and nutrition score, per serving or per 100 g, with the allergens found.
Every Cébette ingredient relies on the French CIQUAL table (ANSES) and the USDA FoodData Central database. Quantities are converted into grams ingredient by ingredient: a tablespoon of flour does not weigh as much as a tablespoon of oil, and a leek does not weigh as much as an egg.
When a conversion or a value is uncertain, the reliability level tells you. Ingredients that are not recognised are left out: pick the closest ingredient to include them.
The calculator spots the allergens of the EU food information regulation from the ingredients:
Add up the energy of each ingredient from its weight, then divide by the number of servings. The calculator does it for you: paste your list, it converts spoons, pieces and cups into grams and applies the nutrition facts of each ingredient.
The total of the recipe is divided by its total weight. Choose “Per 100 g” in the result to compare your recipe with a product label.
No. It follows the 2023 Nutri-Score method to give a letter from A to E, but it is not issued by Santé publique France and does not replace the labelling of a product for sale.
They are deduced from the ingredients you enter, among the 14 allergens to declare in Europe. Traces and cross-contamination are unknown: always check the labels of the products you use.
Pick the closest ingredient in the list. If there is none, it is left out of the calculation and the result says so.
No, the calculation works without an account and nothing is kept. Create a free account to save your recipe, share it and find its nutrition facts again.
