Method

1. 1Step : Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
2. 2Step : Pour the cream, Munster cheese, and beer into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat and whisk until the cheese is melted.
3. 3Step : Blend the mixture using an immersion blender or a countertop blender.
4. 4Step : Add the egg yolks and blend again. Pour the mixture into crème brûlée ramekins.
5. 5Step : Bake for 15 minutes.
6. 6Step : Sprinkle the ramekins with Parmesan and add 3 slices of chorizo per frittata. Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
7. 7Step : Enjoy the frittatas warm or hot. Serve with a green salad. Once out of the oven, use a kitchen torch for a more caramelized finish.
