Method

1. 1Step : Preheat the oven to 180°C / gas mark 6.
2. 2Step : Cut the brick pastry sheets into 4. No need to do it one by one. Cut through the whole pack directly.
3. 3Step : In a mixing bowl, pour in the applesauce, add the raisins and cinnamon. Mix well.
4. 4Step : Melt the butter. Set aside.
5. 5Step : In a muffin tin, place a 1st piece of brick pastry, brush it with melted butter. Add another sheet and brush again with butter. Repeat with a third sheet.
6. 6Step : Repeat this 3-sheet step with the other muffin cups.
7. 7Step : Spoon 2 tablespoons of applesauce into the brick pastry cups. Fold the top edges inward. Brush the tops with butter. Sprinkle a little brown sugar over the top.
8. 8Step : Bake for 15 minutes.
