Method

1. 1Step : Wash and slice the celery stalk into very thin rounds.
2. 2Step : Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the feta in an oven-safe dish. Surround it with cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with honey and a bit of olive oil. Roast the feta for 15 minutes.
3. 3Step : Heat 5 cl of water. Peel and halve the garlic, removing the germ. Squeeze the lemon. In a blender, add the chickpeas, warm water, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Start blending, then gradually drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to blend
4. 4Step : Spread hummus over the toasts. Top each with a bit of roasted feta and a tomato taken off its vine. Crush it slightly. Sprinkle with the sliced celery and garnish with fresh thyme.
