Method

1. 1Step : Preheat your oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 6/7).
2. 2Step : Melt the butter and the chocolate broken into pieces in a saucepan over low heat.
3. 3Step : In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, melted chocolate, and flour.
4. 4Step : Layer a large sheet of brick pastry with a 10 cm circle cut out from another sheet. Brush the sheets and the ramekins with melted butter. Repeat the process for the other nests.
5. 5Step : Place the brick pastry sheets into the ramekins, folding the edges inwards to shape 4 nests.
6. 6Step : Pour the chocolate batter into the nests and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. The center should remain gooey and the brick pastry golden brown.
