Method

1. 1Step : Buy the cheese at a cheese shop. Ask for it to be cut for fondue. Buy the bread the day before! Well-baked traditional French baguettes.
2. 2Step : In the fondue pot. Put a knob of butter and a minced clove of garlic. Once the garlic has softened, add the white wine.
3. 3Step : Bring the white wine to a rolling boil for 3-4 min, then reduce to medium heat.
4. 4Step : Add the first half of the cheese to the gently simmering wine. Stir with a wooden spatula in figure eights, breaking up any chunks if needed.
5. 5Step : Add the 2nd half of the cheese when the first starts to melt nicely. Keep stirring in figure eights until the white wine is completely absorbed (medium heat)
6. 6Step : Enjoy!
