Method

1. 1Step : Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. 2Step : Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.
3. 3Step : In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes frothy.
4. 4Step : Add the flour to the egg-sugar mixture.
5. 5Step : Pour the chocolate-butter mixture into the egg-sugar-flour mixture.
6. 6Step : Mix well.
7. 7Step : Divide the batter among individual ramekins.
8. 8Step : Place a square of chocolate in the center of each ramekin.
9. 9Step : Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 180°C.
