Method

1. 1Step : Peel and cut the potatoes. Wash the leeks and celery and cut into pieces. Finely chop the parsley.
2. 2Step : In a large pot, heat the olive oil. Add the vegetables, sauté for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes, poultry stock and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
3. 3Step : Remove the rind from the Camembert and cut it into pieces. Add it to the soup and let it melt.
4. 4Step : Blend the soup. Season
5. 5Step : Serve the soup in shallow bowls or regular bowls. Garnish with parsley and crushed walnuts
