Method

1. 1Step : Mix the yogurt with the egg in a large bowl.
2. 2Step : Add the sugar and mix well.
3. 3Step : Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. 4Step : Add the milk and mix until you get a smooth batter.
5. 5Step : Put bacon in the oven at 180° until it gets really crispy
6. 6Step : Melt a little butter in a skillet over low heat.
7. 7Step : Pour a small amount of batter into the pan.
8. 8Step : Add two pieces of bacon.
9. 9Step : Gently cook each pancake on both sides.
10. 10Step : Flip the pancakes when bubbles form on the surface.
11. 11Step : Serve this with a fried egg for an extra treat
