Method

1. 1Step : Cook the Crozets by plunging them into a large volume of salted boiling water (10 times the volume of Crozets) for 15 minutes.
2. 2Step : Slice the onion, cut the cured ham into thin strips, and dice the Reblochon cheese.
3. 3Step : Brown the onion in a very hot frying pan with a little fat.
4. 4Step : Drain the Crozets. Pour them into a large baking dish, add the ham strips, the onion, half of the Reblochon cubes, and the crème fraîche. Mix together and then scatter the remaining Reblochon cubes over the top of the dish.
5. 5Step : Bake au gratin for 15 minutes in a hot oven (200°C).
6. 6Step : Serve alongside a salad.
