Method

1. 1Step : Preheat the oven to 250°C using the fan grill setting.
2. 2Step : Mix the flour and salt together, then gradually stir in the oil and 10 to 15 cl of lukewarm water, kneading with a wooden spoon until the dough comes together smoothly.
3. 3Step : Flour the baking sheet and roll out the dough as thinly as possible across the entire surface.
4. 4Step : Peel and finely slice the onions.
5. 5Step : Whisk the fromage blanc with the crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
6. 6Step : Spread the mixture over the dough, leaving a 1 cm border, then scatter the onions and lardons on top.
7. 7Step : Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy piping hot.
