Method

1. 1Step : In a mixing bowl, combine the onion, garlic, parsley, mustard, egg, tuna, cheddar, lemon juice, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
2. 2Step : Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
3. 3Step : In a skillet, add the frying oil and cook the patties for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat, until golden brown.
4. 4Step : Drain the excess oil on paper towels.
5. 5Step : For the sauce, mix the Greek yogurt, mint, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
