Method

1. 1Step : In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. 2Step : Stir in the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
3. 3Step : Beat until you get a smooth batter.
4. 4Step : Pour the batter into a greased pan that fits your steamer.
5. 5Step : Place the pan in the steamer and cook for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. 6Step : Let cool slightly before unmolding. Serve warm or at room temperature.
