Method

1. 1Step : Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2Step : Drizzle the honey onto the sheet, forming 4 circles.
3. 3Step : Place the cherry tomato halves, cut side down against the sheet, inside the honey circles.
4. 4Step : Season with salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence.
5. 5Step : Add a bit of crumbled feta.
6. 6Step : Cover each circle of honey and tomatoes with a round of puff pastry.
7. 7Step : Tuck the edges of the pastry inward.
8. 8Step : Preheat the oven to 180°C.
9. 9Step : Bake for 20 minutes.
10. 10Step : Once out of the oven, top with crumbled feta, salt, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, and chopped basil.
