Method

1. 1Step : Take the butter out of the fridge to soften it.
2. 2Step : Finely mince the garlic, shallot, and parsley. Mix them into the softened butter with a little salt and pepper.
3. 3Step : Spread the butter over the puff pastry sheets, then cut them into 16 slices. Roll each slice up from the widest end to form croissants.
4. 4Step : Brush with egg yolk diluted with a little water. Arrange the croissants tightly against each other on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a Christmas tree.
5. 5Step : Place in the fridge while preheating the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6-7). Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
