Method

1. 1Step : Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil.
2. 2Step : Add the porcini mushrooms and diced zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. 3Step : Add the orzo and hot broth. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
4. 4Step : Serve with grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
