Method

1. 1Step : For the dough, mix 350g of flour with 120g of softened semi-salted butter. Knead with your fingertips and add ~6ml of water. Knead for 2/3 minutes and spread directly with your fingers into the tart pan lined with parchment paper.
2. 2Step : Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
3. 3Step : Cut 4 slices of smoked salmon into pieces, set aside the equivalent of one slice to add on top of the tart after baking.
4. 4Step : In a mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs with 1 carton of light liquid cream and 40cl of milk. Season with a little salt and some pepper. Stir in 150g of Boursin and the smoked salmon.
5. 5Step : Pour onto the dough and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool slightly and top with the remaining salmon and lemon.
6. 6Step : The tart is ready, enjoy!
